We thoroughly inspect the quality and condition of all shoes before dispatch to ensure they meet brand standards and arrive in perfect condition. Every pair is checked carefully prior to shipping to minimise the possibility of defects.
If you receive a defective pair of shoes, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase. The defect must be manufacturing-related and not caused by usage, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
To process a warranty claim, customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos showing the defect, along with proof of purchase. Claims submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible under this warranty.
