Returns

All Hush Puppies shoes sold by Hush Puppies Sri Lanka are directly imported from the UK based on customer orders. For this reason, returns due to change of mind, change of size, or personal preference are not accepted. Shoe sizes and fitting information are clearly mentioned on our website, and customers are advised to review these details carefully before placing an order.

If a customer chooses to return an item for any reason not related to a product defect, the customer is fully responsible for returning the shoes back to the UK, including all shipping, handling, and related costs. Hush Puppies Sri Lanka does not arrange or cover return shipping and is not responsible for losses or delays during return transit.

Refunds

We thoroughly inspect the quality and condition of all shoes before dispatch to ensure they meet brand standards. However, if you receive a defective pair of shoes, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The defect must be manufacturing-related
• The shoes must be unused and in original condition
• Proof of the defect (photos or videos) may be requested

Refunds are not applicable for issues arising from normal wear and tear, regular use, accidental damage, or improper care of the shoes.
