Products & Authenticity
All products sold by Hush Puppies Sri Lanka are 100% original Hush Puppies shoes, directly imported from the UK. Product images, descriptions, and sizes are provided for reference and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing updates.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as products are sourced internationally based on customer requests. Prices displayed on the website are final and include international shipping, customs clearance, duties, and taxes.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within approximately 2 weeks from the date of confirmation. While we aim to meet stated delivery timelines, delays caused by international shipping, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control and do not entitle customers to compensation or refunds.
Returns & Refunds
Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted. Customers are responsible for reviewing size information before ordering. Refunds are only applicable for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Warranty
All shoes are inspected prior to dispatch. Warranty claims apply only to manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of purchase. Claims related to regular use, accidental damage, or improper care are not eligible.
